What does MSRP mean?

MSRP is a short form for “manufacturer’s suggested retail price”. It represents the price that a manufacturer recommends the product be sold for.

MSRP is not the price we sell to you. Contact us to claim a discount.

Does the MSRP includes shipping cost?

No, MSRP doesn’t include shipping costs.

We will manually calculate the shipping charges as per the product you order, your shipping address, and your expected arrival date.

We work with more than 20 shipping companies. They have their own advantages in timing and costs for delivering goods to different countries and regions.

Can I order one unit?

Yes, you can.

We can accept sample orders and small orders. Discount is available even you order one sample.

What is your handling fee?

We do not charge any handling fees on orders.

Can I order online?

No, we are not a typical online shopping website. So you will not see a shopping cart, and couldn’t place an order online.

Instead, we will assign an agent for you to assist your buying process. All you need to do is submit an online form, or drop us an email.

Why do we prefer to use this traditional way? Machine is cold. We prefer more engagement with people.

Moreover, it can help you save money. Do you know there are more than three shipping methods to your country? You don’t have to pay more for the shipping because we will work out the best solution for you, which a machine can’t do.

For certain countries, we can even prepay the duties for you.

How long do you process my order?

Your order can be shipped within 24 to 48 hours for the products are available in stock. In peak seasons, the processing time could be longer.

Do you provide discount? How can I get a discount?

Yes, we provide a discount.

Where I can find the shipping cost?

Please submit a form, or drop us an email to tell us the product, quantity, shipping address, and postcode. We will work out the shipping charges for you.

It’s a FREE service; you are under no obligation to buy anything.

Can you ship the audio products to my country?

Yes, we do. We provide worldwide shipping and deliver the products to your doorstep.

All the packages include a tracking number, so you can always be sure where your parcels are located.

Do you do drop shipping?

Yes, we can do drop shipping / blind drop shipping for you.

How is my order packed?

We will make sure the products are securely packed. If there is any damage during the transportation, we will take full responsibility.

For bookshelf speaker stands, the product is heavy, and we will use wooden cases to ensure they are delivered to your doorstep properly.

Do you ship the products which contain lithium batteries?

Yes, we will work out a shipping solution for you.

How long I can receive my goods?

It depends on the shipping method. The quickest delivery time is 3 to 5 days shipping by express.

Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the shipping time is longer than usual.

For large volume goods shipped by sea, the shipping time is 25 to 35 working days to deliver to the USA.

How do I know my order shipped?

How do I pay?

We will issue an invoice for you with all the order details confirmed between us.

For sample orders and trial orders, we can accept PayPal / Stripe which accepts credit cards.

Except it, we accept bank wire transfers.

Can I pay by credit card?

What are your open account terms?

After-sales

What should I do if my product does not work?

Please accept our apologies if you got a product that doesn’t work properly.

Don’t worry, please email your agent directly to discuss the product failure and to determine if a replacement is necessary. We will make sure you are 100% satisfied and happy.

What if the product I received is defective?

All products carry a minimum 30-day warranty against manufacturer defects.

Some products are warranted by the manufacturer and may require return shipment, postage paid.

All defective items will be evaluated upon receipt. Warranty does not cover the products defective as a result of misuse.
